Please be advised that there will be a $25.00 processing fee for this application. Payment is required in advance without a guarantee of issue. After your application is submitted, you will receive an email within three business days with instructions for making payment on-line.

Be sure to include your contact information and email address.

If your Drivers License is Non Renewable or you have open Criminal Court matters your license will be denied until such time as these issues are resolved.

Once approved, we will contact you with pick up information regarding the license.
Please bring your letter of employment when picking up your license.

We will make every effort to process your requests as soon as possible.
