This site is for requesting a COPY OF A REPORT already on file.

Please be advised that there may be costs associated with your request. You will be advised in advance of the costs. Generally, the costs for reports are $.50 per page $1.00 per page if mailed. Extensive searches and requests for audio recording will be billed on an hourly basis of $27.50. (Checks made payable to Newton Police Department)

Please provide enough information so that we may locate the records. Be sure to include your contact information. You will receive an acknowledgement email, estimate and TRANSACTION NUMBER (required if paying online) via email within 3 business days (Monday-Friday).
