DO NOT UTILIZE THIS FOR MAKING REPORTS OF INCIDENTS-YOU MUST CALL THE LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT.
This site is for requesting a COPY OF AN ACCIDENT REPORT already on file.

Please be advised that there may be costs associated with your request. You will be advised in advance of the costs. Generally, the costs for reports are $5.00 per report . Requests for pictures will be $5.00 per picture. All images will be provided in digital format. (Checks made payable to Newton Police Department)

Please provide enough information (date,time,location,operators) so that we may locate the accident. Be sure to include your contact information. You will receive an acknowledgement email, estimate and TRANSACTION NUMBER (required if paying online) via email within 3 business days (Monday-Friday).
